The set up for a low is now in place. If the 1998 pattern was not in play this is as good a set up as it gets. Wednesday if 1425 is not traded below once a full 60 minutes of trading occurs above the 60 minute chart lower band we have a low. If 1425 is traded below the 1998 20% decline pattern is alive and well.
